We often focus on the big goals but not the small steps to achieve those goals. The key to setting yourself up for success lies in the little details and systems you've put in place to combat the hectic nature of our lives. One of the areas many of my client's struggle in is "grazing" or "snacking." This isn't necessarily a bad thing but can be if you're not eating the right stuff.
