Hi. I’m Jenny- Fitness has always been a huge part of my life. being healthy and active gives me a SENSE of confidence and empowerment. I feel so lucky to guide other women through this process.
My love for everything athletic started when I began playing soccer as a child. I played competitively through high school until a knee injury and two subsequent surgeries ended my soccer career prior to college. I attended Ithaca College for two years before transferring to the University of Georgia where I graduated. I returned to the Washington D.C. area following college and worked in higher education administration for an art and design college surrounding myself with other people who share a love of art.
My husband and I have three children, twin daughters and a son. I stayed at home with my family for years before pursuing my plan of starting my own personal training business. I earned a diploma from the National Personal Training Institute, the industry leading educational program for personal training, corporate wellness, nutrition, strength and conditioning professionals. The rigorous curriculum and extensive practical training prepared me to be the well rounded, experienced and professional trainer that I am today. I have been running an in-home personal training business and have been fortunate to be able to work with so many amazing people that make every day a gift.
I love to spend time with my family and friends, exercise, take bike rides with my kids, cook (and eat), and create art. I cherish the connections I have with my clients and look forward to work every day.
