At JOC Training, I create unique programs designed around your specific needs and goals. I take time to understand the “why” behind what you are looking to achieve.   Your health & injury history, occupation, schedule, “likes” and “dislikes” are all taken into account to develop the program that is best for you.

At JOC Training, we only take a select number of clients to stay true to our core philosophy of designing highly customized workout solutions and training programs that fit each client’s unique needs, fitness level and goals.

Have you ever had a friend or workout buddy make a comment about “loving” or “hating” their drill sergeant personal trainer? In addition to investigating all of your physical factors, I take time to explore how you respond to different styles of motivation.  Knowing these emotional aspects of encouragement and accountability further customizes the training for YOU.
